A family-owned industrial manufacturer with more than 900 people and operations across three continents needs a Team Lead for ERP Basis & Development. You’ll lead the team that keeps SAP S/4HANA running, and the programme that takes its global template to subsidiaries around the world.
What you’ll own
Leading and developing the team across support, basis, authorisations, development and integration
Stable operation and steady improvement of SAP S/4HANA and connected systems
Planning and delivering international S/4HANA roll-outs and integration projects
Resources, budgets and external partners, reporting to the Head of Business Development
What you’ll bring
Strong, hands-on SAP S/4HANA expertise
Proven experience running ERP roll-outs or integration projects
Several years in ERP, including leadership, whether disciplinary or of projects
Very good German and English
Real willingness to travel internationally for roll-outs
A plus: Ramsauer & Stürmer or another ERP/CRM, supply-chain modules and form development
The package
€70,000–€110,000 base plus roughly a 14th salary, 30 days’ holiday, up to two home-office days a week, a company pension, bike leasing and a strong training budget. Permanent contract.
