Protodigy is a technical and executive search firm. I founded it in 2018 after more than a decade in hiring had shown me one thing again and again: companies rarely fail for lack of strategy. They stall because the wrong person sits in the seat that mattered most.

We work where hiring is hardest. Think space hardware engineers, Business Central leads willing to be on site in Lower Bavaria, nutraceutical sales leaders, and AI and cloud specialists who are not looking. Most of the people we place never applied for anything. They were found, approached with a reason to listen, and told the truth about the role.
