This isn’t a helpdesk role. It’s the person who makes the business run better through its systems.
A well-established intralogistics company in Maisach, near Munich, with more than 60 years of automated transport systems behind it and a start-up spirit, needs an IT Administrator for Business Solutions & Logistics. You’ll report to the CEO, own the IT landscape and drive digitalisation across operations and warehousing.
What you’ll own
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV): administering it, developing it and pushing it forward
Analysing and digitalising end-to-end business, logistics and warehouse processes
ERP and WMS interfaces (APIs, JSON, XML, CSV), plus coordination of external IT partners
The Microsoft 365 environment, updates, backups and IT security, with clear documentation and user training
What you’ll bring
3–7+ years of hands-on Business Central or NAV administration, with real ERP project and process-improvement work behind it
Strong Microsoft 365 skills (SharePoint, Teams, permissions)
Experience with server or cloud infrastructure and system integrations
German for daily work on site
A plus: logistics or warehousing knowledge, PowerShell or other scripting, Azure or BI
Pure infrastructure, helpdesk, F&O-only or SAP-only profiles won’t fit this role.
The package
A permanent role with high autonomy, broad variety and direct visibility with the CEO. You’ll be on site in Maisach during onboarding, with hybrid working possible after three to six months.
